Made to order. Nearly every Luvari piece is handcrafted to order. Each product page shows its estimated ship date before you buy, and we email tracking when your order leaves our workshop.
United States. Every US order ships expedited, free, with a signature required on delivery.
Timing. We ship on weekdays only, never over a weekend, so your piece keeps moving instead of waiting in a carrier warehouse. Ship dates and delivery times are estimates, and carrier delays can happen. If you need a piece by a specific date, contact us before you order and we'll tell you what's realistic.
International. We currently ship to Canada ($50 flat rate) and Australia ($65 flat rate). Import duties and taxes, if any, are the customer's responsibility.
What's in the box. Every piece ships with a Luvari Certificate of Authenticity. Where a piece includes a GIA- or IGI-graded stone, the grading report is noted on the product page and included with the order.
Our responsibility. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered. If it's lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
