We can use as many of your stones as you want. If the old piece doesn't have enough for your new one, we can either source them from another piece or pick a matching stone from our own inventory.
Yes! While other jewelers allow you to send in your gold, they rarely use it for your final product.
We recognize the challenges associated with refining and cleaning the gold of alloys but also believe that jewelry is more than just gemstones. We want to let our customers keep as much of their old pieces as possible, either returning any unused material or bringing it a new life in an updated piece. Our expert goldsmith is able to ensure that even though the gold is reused, it doesn't diminish its strength or integrity.

All Luvari product packages require an adult signature upon delivery. If you’re not home at the time of drop-off, look for the notice that will be left to schedule a re-delivery. You may also request to pick the package up at your nearest post office through the USPS website. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please feel free to contact us or your local FedEx office.

The two most important things to bring to your creative ideas and some ideas about your budget.
Once we get your design just right, our master goldsmiths use their talents to craft precious metal into a work of art. Every piece is made by hand to your exact specifications. Every piece we create goes through over 21 separate quality inspections before leaving our facility.
