• Start with a Luvari design

Semi-custom always begins with a design from our collection. This gives us a proven foundation to refine.

  • Refine what matters

We help adjust details like metal, proportions, or setting style -- and advise on what’s worth changing and what isn’t.

  • Stay in control

Nothing moves forward unless you’re comfortable. You can pause, simplify, or stop at any time.

An important clarification

Semi-custom work always starts with a Luvari collection design.

If you’d like us to work from inspiration outside our catalog -- such as a Pinterest image or another jeweler’s piece -- that’s full custom, and we’ll explain that process before doing anything.

Nothing changes automatically.

What you don’t need to figure out

  • What can or can’t be changed
  • Which details affect durability
  • How changes impact cost
  • When refinement becomes full custom

That’s what we’re here for.

How semi-custom typically works

1. Choose a design
You identify a Luvari design you like.

2. Refine with guidance
We provide guidance and answer questions, helping you focus on the details that meaningfully affect how the piece looks, wears, and lasts — and avoid changes that don’t add value.

3. Decide how far to go
Refine as much or as little as you’d like. People typically make one or more meaningful changes.

You decide how much to change.

How semi-custom fits into the bigger picture

Some people stay in semi-custom.
Some decide to keep a design as-is.
Others choose to move into full custom.

Nothing changes automatically — and nothing moves forward unless you ask.

Seeing real examples can help

Every piece we create is different, but seeing real outcomes can help ground expectations and clarify what’s possible.
