We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Free Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange any eligible item within 45 days of the original shipment date.

Return shipping is completely free — we’ll email you a prepaid return label, and all return shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In new, unworn condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by all original documentation (e.g., certificates, appraisal cards)

Engraved Items

Engraved items can be returned, but a $20 restoration fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the professional removal of the engraving and refinishing of the piece to restore it to like-new condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom Jewelry

Each custom piece is handcrafted to your exact specifications and approved through digital renders before production.

  • Custom jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We guarantee that your finished piece will match your approved design.
  • All custom jewelry is backed by our Lifetime Warranty.

Resized Items

Rings that have been resized before return are not eligible.

Exchanges

Need a different size, metal, or style? We’re happy to help with an exchange request as long as it's submitted within 45 days of the original shipment date.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we’ll perform a standard quality inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 1–3 business days.

If everything is in order, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

If the returned item does not meet our return standards (e.g., worn, damaged, missing documentation), we’ll contact you to discuss next steps.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange, you’ll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • Phone: Call us at 385‑213‑1553 to request your RMA# and return label.
  • Email: Email us at orders@luvari.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send your RMA# and shipping label.

All return shipments are fully tracked and insured, so your jewelry is protected every step of the way.
